Making technical knowledge feel local, familiar and easier to understand. Why We Created Digital Ambassadors My Fix Manual is available through localized editions created for different countries and regions. Rather than presenting every guide with the same voice everywhere, we created fictional digital ambassadors to represent the communication style of each local audience. These ambassadors help make technical information more approachable by using familiar expressions, local terminology and examples that better match everyday life in their respective countries.
