Our Digital Ambassadors

Making technical knowledge feel local, familiar and easier to understand.

Why We Created Digital Ambassadors

My Fix Manual is available through localized editions created for different countries and regions. Rather than presenting every guide with the same voice everywhere, we created fictional digital ambassadors to represent the communication style of each local audience.

These ambassadors help make technical information more approachable by using familiar expressions, local terminology and examples that better match everyday life in their respective countries.

They Are Fictional Characters

Every My Fix Manual ambassador is a fictional digital persona created exclusively for this project. They are not real individuals, certified technicians or licensed professionals. Their purpose is to provide a consistent and friendly communication style while representing the identity of each regional edition.

One Brand, Many Local Voices

Although every regional edition has its own ambassador, they all share the same objective: making technical knowledge easier to understand. Each persona reflects local culture, language and communication style while following the same publishing philosophy adopted throughout My Fix Manual.

Localization Beyond Translation

Our ambassadors are part of our commitment to localization rather than simple translation. Each regional edition is created for its own audience using local vocabulary, familiar product names, measurement systems and practical references whenever appropriate.

Meet Your Local Ambassador

Every My Fix Manual regional website introduces its own ambassador through a dedicated profile page. There you can learn more about the character representing your region and how they help present our repair guides in a more natural and engaging way.

Our Commitment

While our ambassadors provide the voice of each regional edition, the values behind every guide remain the same: clarity, accessibility, continuous improvement and respect for readers looking for reliable technical information.

Understand it. Fix it. Keep it working.
